Quantity Surveyor - Degree Apprentice

Assist with cost estimating and cost planning for construction projects. Undertake take-offs from drawings and prepare pricing schedules. Support subcontractor procurement and contract documentation. Help with commercial reporting, valuations and cost control. Visit sites and collaborate with project teams to monitor project progress.

Training:

Training will take place 1 day a week at the University.

Training Outcome:

Once qualified and achieved MRICS this will lead to an Assistant Quantity Surveying role.

Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
