Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice

As an Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice within our Energy Bureau, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. From validating utility invoices and meter readings to producing insightful portfolio-wide reports, your work will directly support accuracy, transparency and informed decision-making. You’ll also manage tenancy changes, resolve billing discrepancies and help ensure our internal systems remain precise and up to date.



Training:

Data Analyst Level 4.

This role could lead to an Energy Billing Analyst or other analytical role within the business.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (including a 1-hour lunch break).
