Marketing Apprentice
Assist in planning and executing operational marketing activities across the Industrial & Process Automation business.
Support the deployment of campaigns, customer events, webinars, and product launches.
Help develop marketing assets such as presentations, internal briefs, event materials, and digital content.
Track and report on campaign milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with product, channel, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and stakeholder readiness.
Support the creation and distribution of internal communications (newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, leadership updates).
Manage content updates on internal channels and support local adoption of global communication initiatives.
Support social media content development (internal focus), storytelling, and content creation.
Work with marketing tools to update assets, track engagement, and coordinate content calendars.
Assist with internal event coordination (Town Halls, team meetings, internal campaigns).
Training:
During your apprenticeship, you will receive two types of training.
On-the-job training will be delivered by Schneider Electric, your employer. You’ll receive training and supervision to help you perform your role. This will include skills and knowledge that are outside of the apprenticeship but are necessary for the job. In addition to ‘on-the-job’ training, they will support you in other ways to ensure your success.
Types of support will include:
A comprehensive induction Mentoring or regular one-to-one guidance Social enrichment and networking opportunities Performance reviews Mental health and wellbeing support Feedback opportunities Off-the-job training will be provided by a carefully selected training provider during your normal working hours. You will spend at least 20% of your working hours (approximately 6-hours per week) completing ‘off-the-job’ trainingThis is protected time and a requirement for apprenticeship delivery. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard, enabling you to achieve occupational competence.
Training Outcome:
After successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will potentially have the opportunity to move into a permanent position Your learning doesn't stop there!
