General Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Tenant Areas – Moorgate, London  - up to £38,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Moorgate, London. CBW is recruiting a General Maintenance Engineer to work across 12 floors of a Corporate office building. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most building services duties. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000, overtime and further training.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
General fabric repairsLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater flushing / temp checks logs 
Requirements
Level 2 qualification in electrical or mechanical tradeKnowledge of commercial building maintenanceAn understanding of most building fabric dutiesGood communication skillsHealth & Safety experienceBasic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)Ability to deliver excellent customer serviceSelf-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
