Apprentice Commercial Property Surveyor

This would suit a candidate who is interested in pursuing a career in property surveying on the general commercial side (not building surveying or quantity surveying) as this role will provide wide exposure to all aspects of commercial property surveying with some elements of residential property as well. This includes landlord & tenant, leasing & letting, property management, asset management as well as potential for property acquisition, disposal and redevelopment. 

This would further assist a candidate who wishes to progress through the apprenticeship route towards eventual qualification as a Chartered Surveyor under the applicable route to membership as set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This would be particularly relevant to the Commercial Property Practice pathway or the Corporate Real Estate pathways.

Training Outcome:
This would further assist a candidate who wishes to progress through the apprenticeship route towards eventual qualification as a Chartered Surveyor under the applicable route to
