An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Wembley, London.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for 1 Electrical and 1 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site building in Wembley.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team carrying out Electrical and mechanical building maintenance.

Hours of work
Monday - Friday8am - 5pm25 Days Holiday No Call Out Key duties & ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance HVAC Systems  Emergency lighting tests / Fire AlarmsControl PanelsChanging BallastWater Treatment / Tap TempsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motors Requirements
