Mental Health Support Worker (Caerphilly)
If you have experience in the any of the following, then we want to hear from you:• Experience working with Adults or Children with a disability or Mental Health• Experience working with the elderly in either a domiciliary or Nursing/Residential Home settingsJob DescriptionSupporting the care needs of each service user within the care facility.Ensuring a high standard of personal care for service users, including matters of physical well-being and personal hygiene.To be aware of the emotional needs and aspirations of each service user and provide opportunities for appropriate expressions.Ensuring the safety of the service users always, immediately reporting any concerns about health and safety or well-being.Managing the service users behaviour, ensuring that triggers of behaviour are noted and avoided.About you...We are looking for workers with enthusiasm and compassion to support our vulnerable service users.
This role will be in a residential setting or Hospital.
You will not be required to make house calls.
