Supervising Social Worker

We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join an Independent Fostering Agency.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team work very closely with each carer to ensure they are well equipped to take on the responsibility of caring for a child or young person and in turn, setting them up for successful placements. The service pride themselves on the child focussed, therapeutic approach they drive. Creating support plans that are structured and comprehensive is key in this position to ensure foster carers have all the necessary support and resources to succeed.

About you

The successful candidate will be proactive, hardworking and have extensive experience in a fostering setting. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years’ post qualification experience. A valid UK driving licence and car is essential for this role.
