Salary: £90-£120,000 performance bonus

A fast-growth, multi-revenue stream hospitality business is looking for a Head of Operations to help shape its next chapter. This is a London-based, highly visible role reporting directly to the Founder. The brand has strong identity, serious ambition and a clear goal - to build a legacy business. The brief is simple: drive operational excellence and build best-in-class systems, reporting and structure across a dynamic, all-day operation spanning dining & events

The Role:

Lead and elevate operational performance across a complex, multi-revenue stream businessImplement process, structure and reporting frameworks that drive clarity, accountability and paceEmbed a high-performance culture focused on energy, ownership and results - no egosTake full accountability for financial and operational performance including COGs and GP margin controlStrengthen systems, tech adoption and data reporting to support scaleDevelop and coach two Operations Managers, building capability and successionOwn customer journey management across all touchpoints - all day dining, eventsOversee staff training and development, ensuring consistency and leadership depthAct as a visible leader in the business - present on the floor, in the venues and within the communityCollaborate with senior stakeholders and third parties to streamline structure and elevate performanceInfluence organisational design as the business evolves, supporting sustainable growth

The Person:

Currently operating at Head of Ops or ready to step up from a senior Operations role with clear ambitionLondon-based and committed to being hands-on and highly visibleNaturally driven, ambitious and hard working - motivated by growthExperience within a PE-backed or systems-led environmentFamiliar with structured operating frameworks such as EOSStrong financial acumen - degree educated and/or with solid finance exposure preferredCommercially sharp with proven analytical ability and strong grasp of reportingComfortable operating within a start-up mentality - able to evolve with the business rather than inherit something finishedExperienced across dynamic, high-volume environments with multiple revenue streamsStrong coach and communicator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and frontline teams alikeEnergetic, credible and culturally aligned with a founder-led, fast-paced environment
