I am working with a high-end, unique venue in London who host a variety of exciting events throughout the year. We are seeking an experienced event operations manager to join the team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospitality & events operation across fashion shows, through to high profile fine dining dinners and events.

The Role:

Overseeing the planning and smooth operational delivery of eventsResponsible for the review and action plan to improve delivery of eventsBuild and lead a high-performing teamOptimise sales and control costsManaging external suppliers and contractorsBring innovative solutions to the departmentDeliver outstanding customer events experience

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in eventsDetailed understanding of budget management and cost controlStrong man management skillsExperience working on large or multi-site venuesExcellent communication skillsA passion for delivering exceptional standards
