Early Careers Coordinator and Mentoring Apprentice

Alongside day-to-day coordination responsibilities, the post holder will complete the Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor apprenticeship standard, developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support and mentor learners in the workplace.

While completing your apprenticeship, key responsibilities will be:

Early Careers Coordination Mentoring and Learner Support Mentoring Programme Coordination Engagement and Communication Learning and Development (Apprenticeship)

This role plays a key part in ensuring early career participants have a positive, inclusive and well-supported experience at Historic Royal Palaces.

Due to the nature of this role, awareness of apprenticeships or work-based learning environments (preferably 1st hand knowledge of undertaking an apprenticeship recently).



Training Outcome:

This role plays a key part in ensuring early career participants have a positive, inclusive and well-supported experience at Historic Royal Palaces. The successful completion of this apprenticeship will give the learner a rounded experience in early careers programmes and mentoring techniques.
