Our client is opening a high-volume, from-scratch café in NYC and are looking for a strong Head Kitchen Manager to build and lead the kitchen from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll run the full BOH operation, hire and develop your team (up to 25), and set the tone for execution, culture, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
