The Role
You'll work closely with a Programme Lead to coordinate and support multi-phase client programmes.
You'll be the person ensuring momentum is maintained, communication is clear and delivery is smooth - enabling senior consultants to focus on insight and relationships.
This role is ideally full-time at 38 hours per week, but part-time (minimum 28 hours per week) may be considered for suitable candidates. The role will commence on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

You're organised, consistent, dependable and proactive.
You communicate confidently and build positive working relationships. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities, enjoy bringing structure to complex work, with an eye for detail.
You enjoy working in a small team, can work independently, as well as connect into client teams.
You are versed in using a range of office, online and collaboration tools, with a desire to learn more.
Experience in programme or project coordination is essential. Mindset, curiosity and professionalism matter most.
Development
This role includes mentoring, hands-on learning and the opportunity to progress into a Junior Consultant pathway over time.
