In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent aftersales service and ensuring customers feel supported from start to finish.

In the Customer Care Adviser role, you will be:

Planning and coordinating service calls efficientlyManaging customer care queries and resolving issues proactivelyHandling customer complaints from initial contact through to amicable resolutionResponding to customer correspondence and maintaining accurate records

To be successful in the Customer Care Adviser role, you will need:

Previous experience handling customer queries in a busy environmentA calm, organised approach, especially during demanding periodsExcellent listening skills and a gentle, professional telephone mannerThe ability to identify potential customer vulnerabilities and respond ethicallyStrong decision-making skills and the confidence to think on your feetExcellent IT skills and a reliable, team-focused work ethic

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday (hours discussed at interview), based in Denbigh. The role offers £13.27 per hour.
