Content Creator Apprenticeship L3

This is a brilliant opportunity to join us in a brand-new apprenticeship role for the Trust. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Content Creator Apprentice to join our central team based in Cheam. You will be at the heart of our communications, helping us showcase the incredible achievements of our pupils and staff across all our academies whilst developing your own professional portfolio. Please note, due to the nature of the role, candidates must be aged 18 or over.

The Role
As our first-ever Content Creator Apprentice, you will work closely with the Director of Digital and Trust Digital Marketing Lead to bring the LEO story to life. Your day-to-day will involve:

Developing and creating high-quality written, audio, and visual content for various platforms Managing social media channels, ensuring our messaging is consistent, timely, and engaging Capturing the life of our schools through photography and video Collaborating with stakeholders to translate their requirements into compelling digital assets Staying ahead of digital trends to ensure our content remains fresh and impactful

Training Outcome:

While there is no guarantee of employment at the end of this apprenticeship, we are keen for home-grown talent to be nurtured and retained within the Trust. There may be opportunities within various functions within our Trust.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 6 hours per day, all year round with study release. The position is based in Cheam, Surrey but you will need to be able to travel between all our Trust sites (further details can be found on our website)
