Trainee Recruiter Level 3 Apprentice
Responsibilities:
Interview candidates and assess their skills and suitability for roles Source and attract candidates through multiple channels Match candidates to roles and client requirements Maintain and update CRM and recruitment databases Support with recruitment paperwork, contracts, and compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Provide advice and guidance to clients on resourcing needs, including consultancy and sales supportTraining:
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.
