An exciting international leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-unit restaurant operations across several Caribbean markets. This role offers the chance to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable growth across established global QSR brands.
The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader with deep QSR experience, ideally within the Burger King system or comparable international franchise environments.

Position Overview
The Regional Director of Operations leads multi-unit restaurant operations across multiple QSR brands and markets, ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and brand consistency.
This role holds accountability for Operations Managers and District Managers, driving strategic execution, operational discipline, talent development, and exceptional customer experience delivery.
The role includes direct operational responsibility in one market, alongside supervision and performance monitoring across additional regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
Operational LeadershipLead and develop Operations Managers and District Managers across multiple brands and markets.
Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, food safety compliance, service speed, and brand initiatives.
Drive implementation of new procedures, equipment, training programs, and menu launches.
Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Financial & Performance ManagementOwn full P&L responsibility, delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Monitor KPIs including sales mix, guest traffic, average ticket, COGS, and labor costs.
Develop performance recovery and optimization plans when required.
Identify sales growth opportunities through marketing initiatives, digital channels, and operational efficiencies.
People Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, coach, and develop high-performing Operations leaders.
Build strong accountability frameworks and leadership succession pipelines.
Lead performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Customer Experience & Brand ProtectionEnsure consistent food quality, product execution, and service standards.
Lead operational audits covering food safety, cleanliness, brand standards, and guest experience.
Manage escalated guest concerns and implement corrective action plans.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, Supply Chain, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Maintenance teams.
Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and expansion projects.
Provide market insight based on customer trends, competition, and operational performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 10 years' senior QSR leadership experience in multi-unit and/or multi-market environments.
Strong operational expertise with proven team leadership success.
Experience within major international QSR franchise systems highly preferred.
Full professional fluency in English (essential), Spanish language proficiency highly desirable.
Strong financial acumen and KPI management capability.
