Team Leader / Supervisor – Off‑Loading Operations

We’re seeking a hands‑on Team Leader to manage off‑loading activities on construction sites. You will organise operatives, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient unloading of kitchens, appliances and materials.

Duties include:

Planning workloads Supervising off‑loading teams Liaising with site managers and drivers Conducting safety checks Managing attendance and performance Completing paperwork with photos

Requirements:

Supervisory experience Strong organisation & communication Construction backround preffered Safety‑driven and proactive Must have CSCS Card Must have a car
