Business Admin Apprentice
Coordinating planned and reactive facilities works across multiple client sites
Liaising with clients, suppliers and operatives to ensure services are delivered on time
Raising and processing work orders, quotes, and purchase orders
Monitoring job progress and updating internal systems and spreadsheets
Supporting contract administration including invoicing and documentation
Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and resolving queries professionally
Maintaining accurate records, files and service reports
Assisting with supplier coordination and ordering materials or equipment when required
Supporting the wider operations team with general administrative and coordination tasks
Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard including:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours End-Point AssessmentTraining Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
