MLR are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing across a portfolio of managed golf and leisure venues. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand presence across multiple sites.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, manage a small marketing team, and have full autonomy over digital, CRM, and brand activities. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong sporting knowledge, looking to step into a senior marketing position within a growing and evolving company, offering an exceptional opportunity to make a strong and lasting impact.

You will oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, manage CRM and loyalty programmes, optimise digital performance, and ensure all venues maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
