Job Title: Material Handler Location: Warwick Salary: £15.69 – £18.01 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 16:00

About the Role:
As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that materials are supplied accurately and on time to production lines. Your role is crucial in supporting the team and maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Supply: Deliver the right materials to the right place at the right time to support production. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Health & Safety: Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplace. Flexibility: Adapt to various tasks and assist where needed to support business needs. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve day-to-day material handling issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential: Experience in line storage, receiving, and distribution of parts Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Competent with inventory management systems Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure Desirable: Experience with managed line storage and inventory systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Forklift/FLT licence, including Sideloader and Reach truck Driving licence and overhead crane licence Familiarity with Avante or similar inventory systems
