We’re on the hunt for a confident, energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead a busy, high-revenue bar & restaurant with a team of 30+. This is a big, fast-moving operation, the kind of place where strong leadership and big personality make all the difference!

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the GM in the day-to-day running of a high-volume venueLeading, motivating, and developing a large teamDriving service standards across both bar and floorHelping manage performance, staffing, and operations during peak tradeSupporting financial performance and commercial decisions

What we’re looking for

Experience in high-volume hospitality (think £60k+ weekly revenue)Strong bar background is essentialWe’ll consider a standout Bar Manager or Floor Manager ready to step upCommercial awareness, P&L knowledge ideal but not essentialPersonal Licence holder preferred (not required)Outgoing personality with a natural leadership presenceStrong character who stays calm under pressureHands-on, positive, and genuinely enjoys busy environments
