Job Title: Senior Event Manager - London
Salary: Up to £50K + Bonus

My client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Event Manager to deliver exceptional corporate hospitality and bespoke events within the sports and entertainment sector. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on managing high-volume events while giving the same attention to detail as executive-level projects.

The Role

Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale hospitality and bespoke eventsDevelop event concepts, detailed timelines, budgets, and resource plansAct as the primary client contact, building strong long-term relationshipsManage budgets from proposal through to final reconciliationNegotiate and coordinate with venues, suppliers, and contractorsOversee on-site delivery, troubleshooting and adapting as requiredConduct post-event evaluations and provide performance insights

 

About You

5+ years’ experience managing large-scale eventsStrong budgeting and commercial awarenessHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailConfident communicator and skilled negotiatorCalm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple projectsProficient in Microsoft Office
