Talent Development Administrator Apprentice
You’ll be supported, guided and encouraged as you learn the role and build your skills within the team. Your work will help ensure our talent and learning initiatives are well organised, well promoted and delivered to a high standard.
Here’s some of what you’ll be getting involved in:
Supporting careers, recruitment and learning events, including preparing materials and helping set up on the day Organising check ins and review meetings for our emerging talent programmes Scheduling and organising learning activities, work experience placements and events Booking rooms and training sessions, preparing and sending joining instructions and tracking attendance Keeping accurate and up to date records such as attendance lists, certificates and evaluations Monitoring the Learning and Apprentice email inboxes, responding to queries and escalating where needed Working with Finance and external training providers to help raise purchase orders, order resources and update budget trackers Bringing your creative ideas to life by designing and posting content for our social media channels and internal comms platforms Representing Yorkshire Housing at schools, colleges and careers eventsTraining:

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday - 7 hours per day, start and finish times to be confirmed.
