Apprentice Reception Administrator
To carry out admin duties as per practice procedure:
· Dealing with patient queries at the reception desks
· Answering telephones
· Ordering repeat prescriptions
· Dealing with emails received into the practice
Training:
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be
planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet
the individual needs of the apprentice The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job
activities and training On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, Will work a range of shifts from 7.45am to 1.45pm and 12.30pm to 6.30pm.
