Apprentice Dental Nurse
Duties:
Providing chair-side assistance Maintaining patient records Ordering and stock control Maintaining good standards of cross infection control, especially in relation to the added risks that Covid-19 presents Assisting reception with triaging Making appointments and answering emails Maintaining and developing surgery protocols and procedures with the managementTraining:
In-house training plus the candidate will follow a Level 3 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full Standard as a in Dental Nursing. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College - South & West. If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A*-C (9-4) in maths and English, or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 Functional Skill in the relevant subject.
Training Outcome:
The ability to progress within the dental industry.
