Use of booking/ arranging appointemts onto the electronic system
Processing payments
Arranging and processing client/patient files
Making and receiving telephone calls to client/patients
Emailing clients/patients
General housekeeping
Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
No day release required. In-house training. Coach visits.

Working Hours :
Monday to Wednesday- 9.00am-5.00pm Thursday- 9.00am- 7.00pm Friday- 9.00am- 4.00pm 37.5 Hours per week in total on a rota basis
