HR Business Administration Apprentice

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and compliance records, ensuring data integrity across systems Support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration Assist with compliance-related documentation, audits, and policy updates Prepare and generate HR reports, dashboards, and management information Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Coordinate training records, absence tracking, and other employee administration tasks Support the HR team with general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence Contribute to work-based projects as part of the apprenticeship, focused on improving HR processes or compliance Act as a point of contact for basic HR and compliance queries, escalating where appropriate Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and business information

Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience, and industry specific competence You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group. As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment and age, you may be required to complete English and maths Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications

Training Outcome:
Full time position with company and further qualifications in HR

Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Friday, 8.00am to 2.00pm
