Administrative Assistant Apprentice

Managing emails, correspondence, and diary management Handling administrative and financial tasks within the school environment Assisting in HR, procurement, and budgeting tasks Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures Using Microsoft Office, data management systems, and other software Providing administrative support for the company’s international expansion efforts Assisting with overseas projects, including coordinating communication with global partners Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for international candidates Helping with research, reporting, and compliance for overseas operations Managing documentation and correspondence for business activities abroad

Training:
Hybrid- and attend their college Reviewed every 2 weeks
