Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Liaise with various suppliers and clients
Taking enquiries by telephone and email
Entering data into accounts software
Credit control
Weekly 6 hour minimum off the job training
Training:
All training will take place in the workplace
You will be allocated a 'work-based tutor' from Hopwood Hall College who will carry out regular visits with you in the workplace and will support you through your apprenticeship
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll have earned your L3 apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration and there is the opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship and the opportunity for development and advancement

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 16:30.
