Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.


Hours of work/Salary
£21 p/hMonday - Friday 8am - 5pmStarting ASAP Covering 2 buildings. 

Key duties & Responsibilities
Painting & DecoratingChanging locksBasic Plumbing dutiesBasic Electrical dutiesBulb changesGeneral Building maintenance 
Requirements
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Good communication skillsUK Drivers license ( will be required to travel to each location )Health & Safety experienceBasic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)Ability to deliver excellent customer service
