Person Specification
Applicants must be aged 21 or over (in line with regulatory requirements for Registered Children’s Home Managers).Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Willing to undergo, or already have, a current DBS check with no safeguarding concernsPrevious experience in residential childcareKnowledge of children’s mental health, safeguarding, or special needsBenefits
