Administrator Apprentice
This role is for an Administrator & Receptionist Apprentice based in Leeds. Previous office/reception experience is essential. The position supports the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office by providing a professional front‑of‑house experience and reliable administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors while assisting with office operations, facilities coordination and general administration. The candidate must be confident working in a client and employee‑facing environment.
Duties include:
Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner Managing incoming calls, emails and general correspondence Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Overseeing daily office operations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment Managing office supplies, equipment and relationships with external vendors Liaising with building management and service providers for maintenance and repairs Supporting health and safety compliance and maintaining relevant records Organising or assisting with company activity days and events Processing office invoices and supporting cost allocation Providing ad‑hoc administrative support to the Finance and HR teams Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and general office documentation Opportunities to provide administrative tasks within the HR shared service functionTraining Outcome:
