Multiskilled Engineering Apprentice

Learning and performing daily operational and maintenance routines for Energy Centre equipment and site utilities, including Steam Boilers, LTHW Systems, domestic heating, Combined Heat and Power plant, air handling units, effluent systems, heat pumps, chillers, dust extraction systems, and associated equipment under the supervision of onsite engineers Receiving comprehensive training in all aspects of electrical installations, maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs), and fault finding under the supervision of a qualified Veolia electrician Training in mechanical maintenance, PPMs, and fault finding under the supervision of experienced onsite technicians Carrying out all work in accordance with Veolia's health and safety policies Learning to produce service reports and complete associated paperwork Attending college to obtain the qualifications required to become a fully qualified multi-skilled engineer

This role involves lifting, working at heights, and working in confined spaces. You must be physically capable of meeting these demands.



Training:

College will be delivered as block (2 weeks 5 times a year) at the Advanced Engineering Centre on New Road, Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

 



Training Outcome:

 Permanent contract.
