Manufacturing Operative Apprentice
Supporting day-to-day manufacturing and production activities
Assisting with the assembly and preparation of glazing products
Operating basic machinery and tools under supervision
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Following production schedules and work instructions
Supporting stock movement and handling of materials within the production area
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working as part of the production team to meet daily targets
Reporting any faults, defects or issues to supervisors
Taking part in apprenticeship training, reviews and development activities
Training:
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2.
Training will take place in the workplace alongside the job role, supported by off-the-job learning. The apprentice will complete structured learning activities, one-to-one sessions and regular monthly progress reviews throughout the apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
Potential progression into a permanent role within the manufacturing or production team following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
