Training:

Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3.

1st Year - Full time at Gloucestershire Engineering Training 2nd to 4th year - Day release technical training at GET’s training centre Practical workshop training in mechanical, electrical and multi-skilled engineering disciplines On-site mentoring from experienced Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders and GET assessors

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion, apprentices are often offered a full-time Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician role, subject to performance.

Working Hours :
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday (typical shifts between 08:00–16:30, subject to operational needs) . Occasional flexibility required to support production activities.
