Business Administration Apprentice

Main Responsibilities:

To process referral forms for students on alternative provision, inputting students medical conditions and other information onto the work experience database. To process referral forms for students, searching for alternative provisions on the database and adding on new providers to the database if required. To monitor the shared email inbox and action emails from schools and parents and direct emails to the work experience coordinators if required. To answer the telephone when customers call the office and direct them to the appropriate staff member. To call employers to book in meetings for employer assessors to visit and assess the health and safety of businesses to take students on work experience placements. To keep the work experience database up to date. To carry out other administrative duties as required including keeping up to date with your apprenticeship qualification.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours/week, flexible, between 8.00am - 5.00pm.
