Childcare Apprenticeship - Chesterfield

Amazing opportunity to join Little Petals Nursery Nursery. We are seeking to appoint a Nursery Apprentice. You will be joining a nursery where the team are supportive, happy, and enthusiastic about creating amazing experiences for their children.

Your role will include:

To assist team members in providing the highest standard of care and education for the children in daily operation of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents. To liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements. To maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. To adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures To contribute ideas to planning ensuring children receive high quality of learning and development.          To always meet health and safety and environmental health requirements. Looking after children's day to day physical needs, such as feeding, nappy changing, toilet training and providing a range of fun and stimulating activities from reading stories to messy play.

Upon completion of this 12 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Little Petals Nursery is situated in the St Barnabas Community Centre within a purposely built space for a nursery. We have a well-trained, well-experienced team who strive to offer a high quality of care and education to children in their early years.

Working Hours :
x4 days per week (08:30-16:30). Days to be confirmed.
