Production Assistant Apprentice

Handle email/phone enquiries and support planning and reporting Keep the office organised, tidy, stocked, and safe Assist with admin tasks including production paperwork, expenses, and updating databases (crew, talent, CRM) Maintain strong relationships with partners and support meetings Support production on set as a Production Assistant and assist across pre‑, during, and post‑production Help deliver training events and workshops Carry out other reasonable duties as required

Training:
Undertake Production Assistant training at Windsor College

Training Outcome:
As part of this role, you will undertake off-the-job training. If you pass the apprenticeship, there is possibility to progress within the company

Employer Description:

Assisting productions filming in Berkshire and supporting
day to day operations of Screen Berkshire.



Working Hours :
There may be longer working days, including evenings and weekends, during production periods. Where appropriate, longer days may be balanced with adjusted schedules using time off in lieu (TOIL), compressed hours or flexible working.
