IT Developer & Digital Support Apprentice

Provide first-line technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Assist with device setup, configuration, and maintenance Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting logs Support IT projects, including software rollouts and upgrades. Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications Learn to manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and basic automation tasks Collaborate with our IT and development teams to improve system reliability and performance Gain understanding of security best practices in development and operations workflows

Training:
All training will be done within the workplace  The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification, alongside receiving hands-on, in-house training at our HQ in Horwich. This will support their development into a confident IT Developer & Digital Support Operative, with opportunities to broaden their responsibilities and progress within the team as they develop.

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm. Lunch- 30mins unpaid daily.
