Bricklayer Apprentice

Assisting with the construction and repair of walls, partitions, and other brickwork Learning to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Preparing and mixing materials for bricklaying tasks Laying bricks, blocks, and other materials accurately and safely Helping to maintain a clean and organised work area Following health and safety guidelines at all times Working collaboratively with experienced tradespeople and other team members

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:
There are many different routes within Wates after successful completion Wates offer a wide range of career progression opportunities including further qualifications on completion of the apprenticeship The right candidate could move into a permanent role, and we have a Trainee Management programme
