Business Administrator Apprentice

Managing emails and phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Ordering materials and equipment to keep projects running smoothly Logging jobs, uploading documents, and keeping our systems up to date Responding to queries and scheduling contractors Raising purchase orders accurately Preparing clear and concise reports Coordinating contractor bookings Completing administrative tasks within agreed timelines

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
There are many different routes within Wates after successful completion Wates offer a wide range of career progression opportunities, including further qualifications on completion of the apprenticeship The right candidate could move into a permanent role, and we have a Trainee Management programme
