Customer Service Apprentice

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and helpful support Handling enquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person interactions Working with the team to create a positive customer experience at every stage Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery Ordering materials and equipment to keep projects on track Logging jobs, uploading documents, and keeping systems updated Responding to queries and scheduling contractors Raising purchase orders accurately Preparing clear and concise reports Coordinating contractor bookings Completing administrative tasks within agreed timelines

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
