Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

Assist in delivering planned learning activities and play experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Support children's learning through play, exploration and positive interactions Help prepare materials, resources and learning environments both indoors and outdoors Observe children's progress and contribute to assessments under supervision Build positive and nurturing relationships with children Support children with personal care routines such as toileting, handwashing, dressing and mealtimes Promote independence, confidence and emotional resilience Ensure children's safety and follow safeguarding procedures at all times Assist in setting up and tidying learning areas daily Help maintain equipment, resources and displays Work collaboratively with the nursery staff to support children's learning Attend meetings, training sessions and reviews as required Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents (under direction) and external professionals Follow all nursery policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, inclusion and confidentiality

Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (Standard) Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours Blended learning (online and in college)

Training Outcome:

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position could be offered depending upon the needs of the school at that time.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm. 45 minutes for lunch.
