Early Years Educator Lead Apprenticeship

You will work as part of a team planning, monitoring and evaluating activities for children from birth to approximately five years of age Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of the children in the room at all times is essential To build positive relationships with the children, families, colleagues and internal/external professionals

Training:

In this role you will: 

Lead and support the practice of other practitioners in your setting Oversee care, learning and development of children from birth to five Act as a role model of high-quality, play-based learning Contribute to planning, observation, assessment and ensuring compliance with EYFS and guidance  Take responsibility for operational leadership: policies, staff development, health & wellbeing, and leading best practice strategies Ensure continuous improvement and high quality provision across the setting

What You’ll Gain:

A Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship qualification   Hands-on leadership experience in a real early years environment Blended training: online platform for much of the learning, plus face-to-face and online events / tutor support Weekly tutor check-ins, regular reviews, and support via online resources

Training Outcome:
It is up to you what you do when you have finished your apprenticeship There may be an opportunity to stay on at the same company and progress to the next level of apprenticeship, or you may want to look for a new job or professional development opportunity
