Recruiter Apprentice Level 3 – Engineering & Defence Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms Review and screen candidate CVs for suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team Develop an understanding of the engineering and defence recruitment landscape

Training:
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development
