Business Improvement Apprenticeship – Commercial Operations 2026 (Fareham)

During your apprenticeship you’ll: 

Supporting improvement projects across key operational processes  Mapping and analysing workflows  Collecting and interpreting data to help guide decision-making  Supporting communication and engagement activities  Working with colleagues to embed new ways of working Building relationships and developing your negotiation skills to stronger work with various stakeholders Working with an experienced team of people who will support you and help you navigate a dynamic and rapidly changing insurance market Understanding our various processes and how we can all work to improve them through things like automation and artificial intelligence Occasional travel to London to support our underwriting teams and collaborating to best support our stakeholders Working to support our large commercial global customers

Training:

Improvement Practitioner Level 4.

Training Outcome:

Your qualification is just the start of your career at Zurich. Once your apprenticeship is complete you will have plenty of opportunities to put your new skills into practice while continuing to develop and grow.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
