Claims Apprenticeship 2026 (London)
An insurance claims handler helps people who have had something go wrong, like an accident or damage. They check their insurance policies and make sure our customers get the support they need from their insurance product.
Your role could involve:
Receiving and recording new claims Reviewing claim details and gathering additional information Providing empathetic and efficient support to our customers when they need us most Providing updates, answering inquiries, and addressing customer concerns Reviewing complex technical files Investigating potential fraudulent claims Working with large volumes of data Collaborating with other departments Assisting in negotiations and settlements, preparing and issuing payments or denialsTraining:
