Bar Supervisor Apprentice

Your duties will include:

Serving customers in a professional, friendly and informative manner and ensure the team does the same Ensure all products and promotional materials are correctly displayed and compliant with brand guidelines Promote upselling and promotional activity to maximise sales Actively gather and respond to customer feedback to improve service delivery Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and other service areas Ensure table reservations and event bookings are prepared on time and to specification Signposting customers to other services and facilities on the campus Follow all opening, closing and operational procedures all times Ensure compliance with licensing law, food safety, health & safety, allergen, and safeguarding requirements Monitor and maintain outlet presentation, brand standards, and cleanliness

Contracted hours are 35 hours per week with attractive working patterns within the hospitality sector. Offering shifts Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. The business closes for one week over the Christmas & New Year period, allowing all staff to celebrate with their friends and families

What your apprenticeship includes:

A mixture of face to face and virtual/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
