About the Apprenticeship:

Location: 1st Year - Warwick Trident College, 2nd - 4th Year - Based at the Plant with weekly day release Duration: Four-year programme starting in September 2026 Structure: In Yr 2 you will join the Plant full time within the days Engineering Team until the age of 18 when you will join your allocated shift pattern. If already 18+ successful applicants will join Shift within 3 months of Yr 2 Qualification: Study for a Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing
Engineering (Mechatronics) Pathways: Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering

Training:
1st Year, Full Time - Warwick Trident College Year 2 -  4 - Based at the Rugby Plant with weekly day release to Warwick Trident College Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Working Hours Year 2: Age 18+ - 4 on 4 off shift pattern 2 Days 7am to 7pm followed by 2 Nights 7pm to 7am - 14 days off every 5 shift rotations (holiday allowance included in shift pattern) - Plus 6 “rota days” per year.
